Investment Policy

The Fund seeks Long-term capital appreciation and some current income. The Fund invests 80% of assets in dividend-paying common stock, preferred stock and other equity securities, and convertible securities as well as fixed-income securities, of any duration or quality, including junk bonds, of companies located in Asia.
