A look at Philadelphia’s labor force
Philadelphia’s strength is in the “eds and meds” sectors, with thriving education and healthcare industries. In fact, data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics found that education services jobs are 4.5 times higher than other services.
The life, physical and social science workforces also top the charts for tech-related occupation concentration in Philadelphia, including jobs like microbiologists and physicists.

The Eagles did not endorse Kamala Harris
Posters claiming Kamala Harris is the official candidate of the Philadelphia Eagles, accompanied by an illustration of the vice president in an Eagles helmet, popped up on bus shelters around the city over the long weekend.
This isn’t true and the ads are not digital, according to the Eagles and the city respectively. They are paper posters wedged between the glass and digital screen in an act of vandalism, the city said.
