Trump: Stock market numbers ‘through the roof’

President Donald Trump celebrated the stock market reaching a “record high” with the numbers going “through the roof.”
Per CNBC data on Wednesday, the Dow closed at 3.03% with S&P closing at 1.58% and Nasdaq composite closed at 1.44%.
In a Truth Social post Wednesday morning, President Trump touted the stock market reaching a record high in “just a short period of time.”
“Stock Market just hit another Record High — 91 Days in just a short period of time — Less than two years. Your 401(k)s are through the roof. Record Setting All!”
After an initial pre-market dip following projections of a Democrat sweep in Congress, investors pivoted and pushed major indexes higher in a broad post-election relief and rotation rally, Yahoo Finance noted.
Additionally, crude oil fell more than 8% to around $87.83 a barrel on Wednesday.
