Veterans Day is a federal holiday in America that honors all military veterans but the stock market trading happens with regular timings on Monday today.
There are two holidays in 2024 – On Thursday, November 28, 2024, the US stock market will be closed on account of Thanksgiving Day and on Wednesday, December 25 on account of Christmas Day.
The market will close early at 1:00 p.m. (1:15 p.m. for eligible options) on Friday, November 29, 2024, Friday, November 28, 2025, and Friday, November 27, 2026 (the day after Thanksgiving). NYSE American Equities, NYSE Arca Equities, NYSE Chicago, and NYSE National late trading sessions will close at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
