Tharwah shareholders authorize board to pay 2025 interim dividends

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co.’s (Tharwah) shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semiannual or quarterly basis for 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The approval came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 19.

Shareholders also discharged board members from liability for 2024.
