Sep 19 – Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest moved decisively on Sept. 18, buying 6,500,001 shares of Brera Holdings Plc (NASDAQ:BREA) and trimming stakes in Roku (NASDAQ:ROKU) and Tempus AI (TEM).
The largest trade saw ARK funds purchase about $49.72 million of BREA stock through ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK), ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW) and ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF).
Brera is rebranding as Solmate and shifting toward a Solana-based digital asset treasury and crypto infrastructure, including planned validator servers in Abu Dhabi.
The company completed a $300 million private placement that investors oversubscribed, with backing from Pulsar Group, RockawayX and ARK.
ARK sold 47,474 shares of Roku (NASDAQ:ROKU) for roughly $4.67 million and trimmed 43,157 Tempus AI (TEM) shares for about $3.73 million.
ARK Genomic Revolution ETF (ARKG) added 23,607 shares of Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc (ARCT) and 68,720 shares of ATAI Life Sciences NV (NASDAQ:ATAI).
Smaller buys included AeroVironment Inc (AVAV), Baidu (BIDU) and Pony.ai (NASDAQ:PONY).
BREA stock has climbed more than 200% year to date as markets react to the transformation.
