Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest published its daily ETF trade disclosures for February 17, 2026, showing a busy session of buys and sells across tech, biotech, and crypto.
The day’s largest trade was a sell. ARK offloaded 43,586 shares of Teradyne, a test-equipment maker, for around $13.3 million. Teradyne stock dropped 2.9% on the day, pulling back after a post-earnings rally earlier in the month.
ARK bought 24,205 shares of Broadcom for roughly $8 million. Broadcom stock rose 2.3% on the day, lifted by positive sentiment around custom AI chip manufacturers.
ARK Loads Up on AMD and Coinbase
ARK picked up 30,139 shares of Advanced Micro Devices for about $6.1 million. AMD fell 2% on the day amid reports of possible delays to its Instinct MI455X accelerator chips.
AMD dropped a further 2.3% in after-hours trading. News of an expanded multiyear AI infrastructure deal between Nvidia and Meta weighed on the stock.
ARK also added 41,453 shares of Coinbase for around $6.9 million. Coinbase stock edged up 1% despite Mizuho Securities cutting its price target from $280 to $170, citing a preference for rival Robinhood during the current Bitcoin price slump.
Why ARK Sold Twist Bioscience
ARK sold 119,374 shares of Twist Bioscience for about $6.3 million. The sale came on the same day Twist shares hit a 52-week high of $53.42, up 7.7%.
The surge followed Twist announcing a licensing deal with Invenra, making it co-exclusive provider of Invenra’s B-Body bispecific antibody platform. Twist will receive all related revenue and a 6% ownership stake in Invenra.
ARK appeared to use the price spike to exit the position at a higher value.
