When are May Social Security benefits being sent out?
(NewsNation) — Social Security payments are set to go out for May for the millions of Americans who rely on some form of Social Security income.
For those receiving Supplemental Security Income, May will continue four months of payments going out on the first of the month.
While SSI checks are typically sent out on the first, that may change if the first of the month falls on a weekend or holiday.
