Australian Stock ETFs Set for Record Quarterly Flows Amid Slump
Net flows into Australian exchange-traded funds tracking domestic equities are on track for their best quarter ever as investors pile into local shares amid a downturn in global markets.
Such products have garnered inflows of about A$2.5 billion ($1.6 billion) in the first three months of 2025, the most in any quarterly period, according to data compiled by Global X Management and Bloomberg. Flows increased by about 19% from end-2024 as Australian shares outperform some overseas peers this year.
