Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest trimmed its stake in Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ:AMD) on Saturday, unloading 44,446 shares worth about $10.52 million.
The sale was split across five exchange-traded funds. ARKK accounted for 24,155 shares, while ARKQ sold 7,864, ARKW 6,169, ARKF 3,105 and ARKX 3,153.
The move marked a further reduction in ARK’s AMD exposure after recent portfolio shifts in the technology sector. AMD shares were up about 4% in recent trading, but the disclosure showed Wood continued to rebalance the firm’s holdings.
ARK’s latest trade logs also showed other adjustments, including smaller sales in Strata Critical Medical. Still, the AMD transaction stood out as the day’s largest disposal and suggested ARK may be taking some profit after the chipmaker’s recent strength.
