Goshen police chief plans to retire next summer
GOSHEN, Ind. (WNDU) – Goshen Police Chief Jose Miller plans to retire in June, according to city officials.
Miller informed the mayor last month about his intention to retire next summer, officials said.
The retirement announcement comes after WNDU 16 News Now was alerted to a job posting on the city’s website.
Miller served as the city’s assistant chief before becoming chief of police in 2018.
The city plans to send out more information soon. Officials are also planning a public recognition closer to his retirement date.
