The joint venture behind the fund, JioBlackRock Asset Management, is a 50:50 partnership between Jio Financial Services Limited and BlackRock, one of the world’s largest asset managers. Jio BlackRock brings BlackRock’s deep expertise and talent in investment management, risk management and access to technology while JFS contributes local market knowledge and digital infrastructure capabilities. The fund is managed by Tanvi Kacheria and Sahil Chaudhary and benchmarked against the Nifty 500 Total Returns Index.
The Flexi Cap structure allows the fund to dynamically allocate assets across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap equities within regulatory limits. This flexibility lets the fund adapt to different market environments and pursue a diversified investment strategy. The stated objective is long-term capital appreciation with total expense ratio is 0.50%.
JioBlackRock is highlighting this NFO as a new way for Indian investors to access a diversified, data-driven, and adaptive equity strategy using advanced technology. As with all market-linked products, investors are encouraged to review the scheme’s details and consult financial advisors to assess suitability for their goals and risk appetite.
