Naidu Assures Probe Into YSRC’s Alleged Move To Block AP Bond Investments
Vijayawada:Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is learnt to have assured that a probe will be ordered into the YSR Congress’ alleged conspiracy to send emails to nearly 200 companies, urging them not to invest in bonds issued by the AP Mineral Development Corporation.
According to sources, following the cabinet meeting, finance minister Payyavula Keshav raised the issue, prompting the Chief Minister to express serious anger over the opposition party’s alleged attempt to damage the state’s investment climate and reputation.
Naidu reportedly condemned the move, stating it was a deliberate attempt to tarnish Andhra Pradesh’s image and deter investor confidence.
The Chief Minister is also said to have expressed dissatisfaction over the performance of certain ministers, noting that some were not meeting expectations.
