Oil volatile after Iranian nuclear sites hit by U.S.
Crude oil rose in early trading after the U.S. hit several key Iranian nuclear sites over the weekend.
West Texas Intermediate crude futures jumped 4% and topping $76 per barrel before pulling back to the $74 per barrel level early Monday. Brent crude, the international benchmark, rose to more than $77 a barrel.
The United States Oil Fund, the ETF that tracks domestic crude, has gained over 20% this month alone amid tensions between Israel, Iran and more recently the U.S.
