PH auto parts sector bullish, eye $1.28-b exports in 2025
The Philippine automotive parts industry remains bullish, with export revenues projected to hit $1.28 billion in 2025, up from $1.21 billion in 2024, according to data released by International Trade Council (ITC).
Informa Markets Singapore managing director Sukumar Verma underscored the sustained growth of the auto parts sector during the opening of annual Auto Parts & Vehicles Expo (APV Expo) at the World Trade Center in Pasay City,
“The robust growth of the automotive parts industry highlights its resilience and vital role in further strengthening the Philippines’ position in global supply chains,” he said.
Informa Markets is the organizer of APV Expo 2025, which is on its second year.
Running from July 25 to 27, the three-day event gathers nearly 200 exhibitors and up to 5,000 attendees, showcasing the country’s expanding capabilities and rising global demand for Filipino automotive components.
APV Expo 2025 promotes the entire automotive ecosystem, from manufacturing components and advanced technologies to aftermarket solutions, providing a platform for manufacturers, suppliers, and stakeholders to forge new opportunities.
The event features the latest auto parts and components, modern logistics and transportation innovations, automotive sustainability solutions, and participation from key markets such as China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, India and the Philippines.
Co-located with PhilBus & Truck 2025, which serves the bus, truck and commercial vehicle sectors, the event creates a synergy that broadens the scope of the expo and enhances collaboration across the automotive value chain.
