Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: Tata Power In Focus, Here’s Why

Tata Power’s shares will be in focus today. The energy company’s consolidated net profit for the March quarter rose to ₹1,362 crore from ₹1,071 crore a year earlier, exceeding a CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹1,197 crore.

Revenue grew 23.1% to ₹5,241 crore, above the expected ₹5,021 crore. However, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 11.4% to ₹1,258 crore, slightly below the estimated ₹1,285 crore.
