Southwest investors alerted about quartet of unregistered entities
Local investors and more are being alerted of several unregistered investment groups that may not be legitimate; London Group, Quantum AI, Rapliplen, and Galaxy Trading Analytics.
Quantum AI claims to offer cryptocurrencies and contracts for differences, while Galaxy Trading Analytics claims to offer commodities, cryptocurrencies, and forex.
Rapliplen claims to offer stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs, and London Group claims to offer ETFs and commodities in the form of precious metals traded as option contracts.
Dean Murrison, executive director of the Securities Division for the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan, shared that Saskatchewan residents should always check an entity’s registration status at aretheyregistered.ca before making an investment.
“This is an easy way to protect yourself and keep your investments safe,” he said.
According to the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan, folks are encouraged to;
Verify the company’s registration through the Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Registration Search at aretheyregistered.ca,

Never allow unknown parties to remotely access personal electronics.
Anyone who has invested with Quantum AI, Galaxy Trading Analytics, Rapliplen, London Group, or any party claiming to act on their behalf is advised to contact the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan’s Securities Division at (306) 787-5936.
