Wall Street is now turning its attention to the most anticipated report of earnings season: Nvidia’s results. The chip giant is set to report after the bell on Wednesday.
Nvidia has faced some challenges this year due to Trump’s trade war and ongoing debates about the value of AI spending, especially as China makes strides in AI. But, recent developments, including changes to AI export controls and fresh investments from the Middle East, have given the stock a lift. Investors will be watching closely to see how this mix of factors impacts the company’s results.
Also on Wednesday, Macy’s (M), Abercrombie (ANF), and Salesforce (CRM) are due to issue their earnings reports.
Lastly, Wall Street will be watching for Wednesday’s release of minutes from the Federal Reserve’s meeting earlier this month for additional insight into how policymakers view the economy.
