Kotak Institutional Equities had put a ‘Reduce’ rating on the stock earlier in March on concerns about slower-than-expected recovery in discretionary spends and uneven recovery in some few verticals. Coforge is another big loser in trade today, down over 4% intra-day in March 12 and clocking 9% decline in last 1 month In 2025, the stock is down well over 23%. However, Morgan Stanley has an Overweight rating. However, Morgan Stanley has reduced the target price significantly to Rs 9,400 per share from Rs 11,500/share. They are betting on Coforge’s scalability potential even as revenue growth and valuation multiples are polarising.
Persistent Systems down 21.27% in 2025 so far
Persistent Systems is down close to 3% in trade today. The share price has been battered in the last 1 month, down 10% and in 2025, it has clocked over 20% erosion in share value. Global brokerage house, CLSA has however identified this stock as potential multibagger on the basis of long-term potential. The CLSA report highlighted that the strong growth trajectory with over $1.43 billion revenue inflow. The brokerage house is also optimistic about the company’s goal of reaching $5 billion in revenue by FY31.
LTI Mindtree down 20.76% in 2025 so far
Another big loser in trade today is LTI Mindtree. The stock is down over 20% in 2025 and the losses in last 1 month exceeds the 21% mark. The stock is one of Motilal Oswal’s preferred pick in the Technology sector on the basis of a favourable risk-reward balance. The company’s two key areas, BFSI and hi-tech verticals are expected to deliver asymmetrical returns this year.
HCL Tech down 20.26% in 2025 so far
2025 has been a rather rough year for HCL Tech so far. The stock is down 20% for the year so far and has lost over 10% in last 1 month. Axis Securities has a Buy on the stock on the basis of strong Q3 earnings. They are betting on early signs of improvement in the demand environment and expect demand to pick up in the coming quarters.
