UKB 401K updates in process; Constitutional Convention mentioned

TAHLEQUAH – A report by the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians’ comptroller indicates 401K issues with employees’ payroll are almost resolved, and audits are on track.

Comptroller Tyler McIntosh’s reported to the UKB Tribal Council Aug. 2 that the FY 2024 audit will be due in January 2026, and he expects the internal efforts to compile the data should be done by December 2025.
