At 11:13 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 12.26 points, or 0.03%, to 46,553.48, the S&P 500 gained 5.81 points, or 0.09%, to 6,581.11 and the Nasdaq Composite gained 17.21 points, or 0.08%, to 21,858.15.
