In a report released today, Theresa Chen from Barclays maintained a Buy rating on Valero Energy (VLO – Research Report), with a price target of $140.00. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $132.07.

According to TipRanks, Chen is a top 100 analyst with an average return of 17.3% and a 71.69% success rate. Chen covers the Energy sector, focusing on stocks such as Kinder Morgan, Phillips 66, and Sunoco.

The word on The Street in general, suggests a Strong Buy analyst consensus rating for Valero Energy with a $152.45 average price target, a 15.43% upside from current levels. In a report released on March 27, Raymond James also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $165.00 price target.

The company has a one-year high of $184.79 and a one-year low of $116.84. Currently, Valero Energy has an average volume of 3.32M.
