Is BXP Stock Underperforming the Dow?
With a market cap of $9.9 billion, BXP, Inc. (BXP) is the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of premier workplaces in the United States. As a fully integrated real estate investment trust, BXP operates across six major gateway markets, including Boston, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, DC.
Companies valued less than $10 billion are generally classified as “mid-cap” stocks, and BXP fits this criterion perfectly. With more than five decades of experience, BXP manages a large portfolio of properties focused on creating high-quality workplaces that support businesses and communities.
