FOX 35 Storm Team Meteorologist Brooks Garner gives us a look at the latest updates in the tropics as we continue to follow Invest 95L, which is currently located several hundred miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands.
Hurricanes Humberto and Imelda kept the National Hurricane Center busy as September ended. Although neither storm posed a direct threat to Florida or the United States, the two combined forces to bring dangerous surf and life-threatening beach conditions to the U.S.
Now we wait for the next named storm,
TAMPA, Fla. – FOX 13 Meteorologist Valerie Mills is tracking a tropical wave coming off the coast of Africa.
She says over the next few days things will be conducive for it to form, and it could become a tropical depression by the middle of the week.
