Planet Labs (PL) stock took off on Friday after the Earth-imaging company reported record revenue on the back of strong demand for satellite services. Shares of the San Francisco-based company rose 25% in midday trading.

The banking plan, backed by the Federal Reserve, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, would “streamline capital requirements and better align regulatory capital with risk while maintaining the safety and soundness of the banking system,” the Fed said in a statement.
