US stock index futures rose on Thursday, buoyed by gains in chip and consulting stocks, even as inflation and mounting government debt concerns pushed Treasury yields to more than two-decade highs.At 07:38 a.m. ET, Dow E-minis were up 41 points, or 0.08%, and S&P 500 E-minis were up 17.75 points, or 0.23%. Nasdaq 100 E-minis were up 164.25 points, or 0.54%.
