In a video accompanying her message, Murray urged current retirees, people approaching retirement and younger Americans concerned about the program’s future to make their voices heard.
“We do not want to see Social Security turn to dust or get cut to ribbons. We want to strengthen this program so we can keep our word to people who spent their lives paying into it,” she said.
2032 Funding Deadline Raises Concerns
Murray also pointed to 2032, when the Social Security retirement trust fund is projected to deplete its reserves, as a deadline for lawmakers to act.
NOW is the time to make your voice heard.
You’ve paid into Social Security your entire working life—you deserve to retire with dignity.

By spreading exposure across multiple asset classes, it becomes easier to manage risk, capture steady returns, and create long-term wealth that isn’t tied to the fortunes of just one company or industry.
