Social Security Payments Up to $5,181 Coming This Week—Who Gets Paid?
Millions of Americans are due to receive their latest Social Security payments this week, with another round of October benefits scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, October 21, according to the official Social Security Administration (SSA) payment calendar.
Payments can reach $5,181 a month for some retirees, although the amount a person receives depends on their earnings history and when they started claiming benefits.
