Apple and Google are planning to increase their manufacturing operations in India, with the government promoting the country as a production hub for global technology companies. Electronics and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw confirmed that Apple may produce iPads and Macs in India, while Google is expected to move production for international markets to the country.
